The QLD1261-4005 from QD Laser is a Distributed Feedback (DFB) Laser Diode that operates at a peak wavelength of 1240 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 10 mW and has a polarization extinction ratio of 20 dB. This laser diode has an integrated optical isolator, a monitor PD and a thermo-electric cooler. It requires a threshold current of 7 mA and has a reverse voltage of up to 2 V. This laser diode consumes 50 mA of current. It is available in a 14-pin butterfly package with a pig-tailed fiber & TEC and is ideal for sensing and test & measurement applications.
