The QLF063A-AA from QD Laser is a Fabry-Perot Quantum Well Laser Diode operating at a wavelength of 660 nm and has a slope efficiency of 1.1 W/A. It delivers a peak optical output power of 60 mW. This laser diode has parallel beam divergence of 10° and perpendicular beam divergence of 14°. It requires an operating voltage of about 2.3 V and a threshold current of 55 mA. The laser diode is mounted into a TO-56 header including a monitor PD and is hermetically sealed with a flat glass cap. It is used in applications such as Industrial laser markers, Measuring instruments, Life science applications, etc.
