The APF Series from Quantel Laser are Fiber-coupled QCW Laser Diode Stacks that operate at a wavelength of 808, 915, 940, and 980 nm. They provide an optical output power of up to 600 W and have an efficiency of over 45%. These laser diodes have a spectral width of 5 nm and a pulse width of up to 250 μs. They require a DC supply of 10-12 V and consume less than 100 A of current. These laser diodes have field-replaceable fiber cables and provide high coupling efficiency. They are available in a module that measures 38.5 x 80 x 56 mm and are ideal for optical pumping, medical, industrial, defense and space applications.
