The HF Series from Quantel Lasers are Fiber Coupled QCW Laser Diode Bar Modules that operate at a wavelength of 808 nm. They provide a pulsed output power of 150 W with a pulse width of 200 μsec and have a pulse repetition rate of 80-400 Hz. These laser diodes have an efficiency of over 40%. They have an optical fiber with a core diameter of 0.6 mm and a length of 2 m. These laser diodes are available in a compact shock resistant package that measures 21 x 100 x 34 mm with an SMA 905 connector and are ideal for medical, optical pumping and industrial applications.
