The RLD90QZW8 from ROHM is a Pulsed Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 905 nm. It produces a narrow light emission pattern with a peak output power of 120 W and has an emission point accuracy of ±150 µm. This laser diode has a 270 x 10 µm aperture and a beam divergence of 10 degrees (parallel) and 25 degrees (perpendicular). It has a threshold current of 1 A, forward voltage of 16 V, and forward current of 42 A. This laser diode is available in a f5.6mm CAN package and is ideal for in-vehicle LiDAR, automatic guided vehicles (AGV), TOF sensor, and security applications.
