The LDX-3515-1064 from RPMC Lasers Inc. is a Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 1064 ± 10 nm. It has a 150 µm emitter that delivers an output power of 5,000 mW. This TE-polarized laser diode has a spectral width of 3.7 nm (FWHM) and a beam divergence of 7 degrees (parallel) & 38 degrees (perpendicular). It delivers 4000 mW of output power from fiber and has a minimum fiber size of 200 um (HHL & BTF) & 300 um (9 mm SMA). This multimode laser diode requires a threshold current of 250 mA, a DC supply of 1.5 V and consumes 7000 mA of current.
