The LDX-4119-660 from RPMC Lasers Inc. is a Laser Diode Array that operates at a wavelength of 660 nm. It has a 100 x 19 µm emitter that delivers an output power of 10 mW. This TE polarized laser diode array has a spectral width of 1 nm (FWHM) and a beam divergence of 7 degrees (parallel) & 40 degrees (perpendicular). The die attachment of this laser diode array can be either hard or soft solder on most packages and feature high precision placement with a flux-free, void-free, uniform bond-line thickness. It requires a threshold current of 9400 mA and a DC supply of 2.1 V that consumes 21000 mA of current. This laser diode is available in a CS package that measures 4.5 x 4 x 0.5 mm and is ideal for dental lasers, machine vision lasers, optogenetics lasers, PDT lasers, and RGB lasers.
