The LDX-4119-690 from RPMC Lasers is a Laser Diode Array that operates at a wavelength of 690 ± 3 nm. It delivers an output power of 12 mW and has a spectral width of 1 nm (FWHM). This TE polarized laser diode array has an emitter that measures 150 x 19 µm and a beam divergence of 7 degrees (parallel) & 36 degrees (perpendicular). It requires a threshold current of 6500 mA and a DC supply of 2.3 V that consumes 22 A of current. This laser diode array is available in a chip-on-submount (CS) package that measures 4.5 x 4 x 0.5 mm and is ideal for dental laser, machine vision laser, optogenetics laser, RGB laser, and PDT laser applications.
