The LDX-4224-750 from RPMC Lasers is a Laser Diode Array that operates at a wavelength of 750 nm. It delivers an output power of 20 mW and has a spectral width of 1 nm (FWHM). This TM polarized laser diode array has an emitter that measures 100 x 24 µm and a beam divergence of 7 degrees (parallel) & 26 degrees (perpendicular). It has a threshold current of 12 A and requires a DC supply of 1.9 V consuming 28 A of current. This laser diode array is available in a chip-on-submount (CS) package that measures 4.5 x 4 x 0.5 mm and is ideal for dental laser, machine vision laser, night vision laser, and PDT laser applications.
