The LDX-4224-750 from RPMC Lasers is a Laser Diode Array that operates at a wavelength of 750 nm. It delivers an output power of 20 mW and has a spectral width of 1 nm (FWHM). This TM polarized laser diode array has an emitter that measures 100 x 24 µm and a beam divergence of 7 degrees (parallel) & 26 degrees (perpendicular).
