The CHP-264 from SemiNex Corporation is a Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 1550 nm. It delivers an output power of 35 W (below 10 ns) & 17 W (at 150 ns) and has a spectral width of 22 nm. This single-mode or multimode laser diode has a beam divergence of 28 degrees (perpendicular) and 12 degrees (parallel) at FWHM.
