The CMC-808-5000-2 from Sheaumann Laser is a Continuous Wave Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 808 nm. It delivers an optical output power of 5 W and has a slope efficiency of 1 W/A. This multimode laser diode has a beam divergence of 30 degrees (vertical far-field) & 8 degrees (horizontal far-field) at FWHM. It requires a threshold current of 0.85 A, DC voltage of 1.9 V and consumes 5.4 A of current. This laser diode has a 200 μm emitter and an optional microlens.
