The CMC-940-1500-1 from Sheaumann Laser is a Continuous Wave Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 940 nm. It delivers an output power of 1.5 W and has a slope efficiency of 1 W/A. This multimode laser diode has a beam divergence of 30 degrees (vertical far-field) and 8 degrees (horizontal far-field) at FWHM. It requires a threshold current of 300 mA, DC voltage of 1.7 V, and consumes 1.8 A of current. This laser diode has an optional microlens and a 100 μm emitter.
