The CMC-975-4000-2 from Sheaumann Laser is a Continuous Wave Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 975 nm. It delivers an output power of 4 W and has a slope efficiency of 0.9 W/A. This multi-mode laser diode has a beam divergence of 30 degrees (vertical far-field) and 8 degrees (horizontal far-field) at FWHM.
