The M5-975-0200-0 from Sheaumann Laser is a Continuous Wave Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 975 nm. It delivers an output power of 200 mW and has a slope efficiency of 0.9 W/A. This multimode laser diode has a beam divergence of 30 degrees (vertical far-field) & 8 degrees (horizontal far-field) at FWHM. It requires a threshold current of 100 mA, DC voltage of 1.7 V, and consumes 320 mA of current. This laser diode has an AR-coated window with a 50 μm emitter. It is available in a hermetically sealed 5.6 mm TO-Can package and is ideal for defense, laser pumping, laser therapy, medical, and Raman spectroscopy applications.
