The L1064H1 from Thorlabs is a Fabry Perot Laser Diode that operates from 1054 to 1074 nm. This single spatial mode laser diode delivers an optical output power of up to 310 mW and has a slope efficiency of 0.46 W/A. It has a vertical beam divergence angle (FWHM) of 13.5 degrees and a lateral beam divergence angle (FWHM) of 7.6 degrees. The laser has a forward voltage of 1.92 V and a threshold current of up to 100 mA. It is based on quantum well epitaxial layer growth technology and has a ridge waveguide structure. The laser diode is available in a Ø9 mm TO-can package.
