The QF4600T2 from Thorlabs Inc is a Fabry-Perot Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) Diode from 4.45 to 4.75 µm. This single-spatial-mode laser delivers a maximum output power of up to 500 mW. It has a parallel beam divergence angle of 30 degrees and a perpendicular beam divergence angle of 40 degrees. This laser diode is available in a TO-9 package and can operate over a temperature range from 15 to 50°C.
