The D780-5 from US-Lasers, Inc. is an AlGaInP Infrared Laser Diode that operates at a wavelength of 780 nm. It delivers a continuous wave output power of 5 mW and has a slope efficiency of 0.3 mW/mA. This single longitudinal mode laser diode has a beam divergence of 11 degrees (horizontal far-field) and 35 degrees (vertical far-field).
