The 7Z07104 from MKS | Ophir is a Laser Thermal Power Sensor that operates at wavelengths of 450 nm - 550 nm (Blue-Green) and 900 nm - 1100 nm (NIR). It can measure lasers with power ranging from 50 W to 12 kW and energy ranging from 100 J to 5 kJ. This power sensor has an exposure time of 0.3 - 4 s with an absorption efficiency of 94 %. It has an aperture size of Ø50 mm and an accuracy of ±3.5 % (at 450 - 550 nm) & ±3 % (at 900 - 1100 nm). This power sensor has a reproducibility of ±1 % and response time of 3s.

The 7Z07104 has a maximum energy density of 4 kJ/cm2 and beam diameter of 35 mm. This power sensor has an antireflection-coated protective window to reduce back reflection from high-power beams. It requires a DC supply of 24 V and consumes 4.8 W of power. This power sensor can be controlled via EtherNet/IP & RS232 interfaces and comes with DB9, coded & 2x Mini 7/8" connectors. The sensor is housed in a dust-resistant industrial body that measures 200 x 122 x 84 mm (closed) & 200 x 145 x 144 mm (open) and is ideal for high power industrial laser measurement applications.
