The Inlite III - 10 from Amplitude Laser is a Pulsed Nd:YAG Q-switched Laser that operate at wavelengths of 266 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm, and 1064 nm. It has a pulse width of 5 ns - 7 ns (266 nm & 355 nm), 6 ns - 8 ns (532 nm & 1064 nm) and linewidth of 1 cm-1. This laser has a pulse energy of 45 mJ (266 nm), 65 mJ (355 nm), 200 mJ (532 nm) and 450 mJ (1064 nm). It has an energy stability of ± 2.7% rms (266 nm), ± 2% rms (355 nm), ± 1.3% rms (532 nm) & ± 0.6% rms (1064 nm) and pulse repetition rate of 10 Hz.
The Inlite III - 10 has horizontal (266 nm, 355nm & 1064 nm) & vertical polarizations (532 nm) and beam divergence of less than 1.5 mrad. It has a jitter below ±1 ns and produces a beam of diameter 7 mm. This laser has an internal pyro-electric power detector for IR & harmonics and external pyro-electric power detector for system loop. It features a dichroic beam separation module and has an automated continuously variable attenuator. This laser requires an AC supply voltage of 200 V - 240 V and consumes 6 A of current.
The Inlite III - 10 is available in a cast aluminium resonator package that measures 323 (L) x 84 (W) x 94 (H) mm (optical head), 572 (L) x 254 (W) x 432 (H) mm (power supply-tower) and 559 (L) x 432 (W) x 267 (H) mm (power supply-rack). It is ideal for scientific applications such as LiDAR, Thomson scattering, laser thermal annealing, pump source & LIF, PLIF & LIBS, industry applications such as material sorting (recycling), weld inspection, cleaning & LIBS, and medical applications such as skin surfacing, tattoo removal, pump source, & medical device manufacturing.
