The Terra 527-30-M from Amplitude Laser is a Diode Pumped Nd:YLF Laser that operates at a wavelength of 527 nm. It delivers an average output power of 30 W (at 3 kHz) and has a pulse energy of 20 mJ (at 0.1 - 1 kHz). This laser has a pulse width below 160 ns and pulse-to-pulse energy stability of up to 0.5% rms. It has a pulse repetition rate of 0.1 kHz - 10 kHz and jitter time of less than 3 ns RMS. This horizontally polarized laser produces a beam of diameter 2.5 mm and has a beam divergence of 8 mrad. It has a beam quality factor of up to 12 and pointing stability below 25 mrad.

The Terra 527-30-M uses intracavity frequency doubling, supports MS Windows-based laser commander software, and can be controlled via an RS-232 interface. It requires an AC supply voltage of 200 V - 240 V (laser) & 230 V (chiller) and consumes 5 A (optical head) & 10 A (chiller) of current. This air-cooled or water-cooled laser is available in a compact & robust package that measures 551 (L) mm x 102 (W) mm x 127 (H) mm (optical head), 509 (L) mm x 483 (W) mm x 177 (H) mm (power supply), and 699 (L) mm x 483 (W) mm x 411 (H) mm (chiller).

The Terra 527-30-M is ideal for scientific applications such as Ti:Sapphire pumping, Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV), combustion analysis, Laser Induced Fluorescence (LIF), LiDAR, resonance Raman spectroscopy, chemical analysis of macromolecules & laser microprobe analysis, and industrial applications like stent/glass/PCB/fine metal cutting, LCD/solar edge deletion, marking, wafer trimming, micro-hole drilling, ceramics scribing, fine wire stripping & diamond/gemstone processing.
