The ATLEX-500-I from ATL Lasertechnik are Pulsed Solid-State Lasers that operate at 157 nm, 193 nm, 248 nm, 308 nm, and 351 nm. They deliver output power from 0.5 to 6.5 W and have a maximum pulse energy of 1 - 15 mJ. These lasers have a maximum repetition rate of 500 Hz and a pulse duration of 5 - 8 ns. They have a beam divergence of 1x2 mrad and energy stability of 3%. These lasers have an integrated vacuum pump and halogen filter with air-cooled or optional liquid-cooled active thermal management.
The ATLEX-500-I has a flushable optics holder, energy stabilization, and dynamic fan speed controls. They can be controlled via RS-485, RS232, USB, and filter optic interface with RoHS compliance. These lasers require a power supply of 240 V and consume 6,3 A of current. They are available in a TMC vessel unit that measures 540 mm x 470 mm x 370 mm and are ideal for micromachining, laser ablation, medicine (refractive surgery), spectroscopy, and metrology applications.
