The White Dwarf from Class 5 Photonics is a femtosecond laser based on a modular optical parametric chirped-pulse amplification (OPCPA) system. This laser provides an average power of 10 W while operating from 0.7 to 2 µm. It delivers a pulse energy of 15 µJ with a repitition rate of 5 MHz and has a pulse duration of under 10 fs. The laser is ideal for molecular imaging, femtochemistry, plasmonics, bio-imaging and THz generation applications.
