The HighLight DL3000HP from Coherent is an Industrial Laser Module that operates at a wavelength of 980±10 nm. It delivers an output power of 3000 W with a power range of 10-100 %. It has a laser beam quality (BPP) of 100 mm x mrad and power stability of ±2% for over 24 hours. This laser supports plug-and-play fiber exchange by the user, and its web interface enables simplified access and control through any device with a web browser. It provides flexibility for integration and facilitates its use in a variety of settings such as climate control of the laser enclosure that allows operation in high humidity environments.
The HighLight DL3000HP requires AC supply voltages of 230/440/480 V for operation and is available in a benchtop unit that measures 1040 x 850 x 1570 mm. It supports bus interfaces such as CAN and Profinet and is ideal for metal processing applications such as large-area cladding, surface treatment, 3D additive manufacturing, heat treating, and brazing.
