The FQCW 266-25 from CryLaS GmbH is a Diode Pumped Solid State Laser that operates at a wavelength of 266 nm. It has a wavelength stability of ± 1 nm and delivers an output power of 25 mW. This continuous wave laser has a power stability of 2% RMS and linewidth of less than 300 kHz. It has a TEM00 beam spatial mode with a beam quality factor (M2) of up to 1.3 and beam-pointing stability below 3 μrad/K.
The FQCW 266-25 produces a beam of diameter of 0.6 ± 0.1 mm and has a beam divergence of up to 0.45 mrad. This vertically polarised laser has a static alignment tolerance of ± 0.25 mm (lateral) & ± 2.5 mrad (angular) and purity of greater than 100:1. It has an intensity noise below 1% RMS (100 kHz -10 MHz) and a coherence length of over 1000 m. This laser features a key switch & interlock and can be controlled via USB / RS232 interfaces.
The FQCW 266-25 requires an AC supply voltage of 85 V - 264 V and consumes 160 W of power. It is available in a compact package that measures 91 (H) mm x 270 (W) mm x 379 (L) mm (laser head) and 42 (H) mm x 165 (W) mm x 164 (L) mm (control unit). This laser is ideal for lithography, Raman spectroscopy, interferometry, photoluminescence, fluorescence, and scatterometry applications.
