The DLight S Series from Focuslight Corporation are Diode Laser Systems that operate at a wavelength of 808 nm. They provide a CW output power of 1050-1500 W with over 98% power stability. These lasers produce a Gaussian beam of 11.5 mm (top-hat) in length and beam width FWHM of 70 μm with up to ±1 μm beam stability. They work up to a distance of 45-50 mm and have a focus depth of ±80 μm. These lasers require a DC supply of up to 40 V and consume up to 100 A of current. They are ideal for dynamic surface annealing, laser spike annealing, film annealing and material surface treatment applications.
