The new FRLD-1535-XXXµJ-Q is a series of "eye-safe" 1535nm diode-pumped passively q-switched Erbium glass lasers with pulse energies between 10µJ to 700µJ and high peak powers. The output beam has a diameter of 0.2mm with divergence ≤18mrad.
The operating temperature range is very wide and covers a range from -40°C to +65°C. With dimensions of just 21mm x 8mm x 7mm to 35mm x 8mm x 7mm (LxWxH) they are very compact. These features and the high reliability make them the optimal laser source for applications like laser range-finding, laser imaging and surveying equipment.
