The LaserLyte-Flex Alignment System from Global Laser Ltd are Lasers that operate at wavelengths of 515 nm (green), 635 nm, and 650 nm (red). These lasers deliver output powers of 1 mW, 5 mW, 10 mW & 20 mW (green) and 1 mW, 5 mW, 10 mW (red). They have a Gaussian intensity distribution with 1000 delivery set focus and focus range from 20 mm to infinity. These lasers have a spot size below 0.7 mm and line thickness of less than 1 mm. They feature interchangeable projection optics like dot, cross, line & line+dot and have an in-line voltage converter.

The LaserLyte-Flex Alignment System requires a DC supply voltage of 10 V (green) & 3.5 V - 5 V (red) and consumes a current of 60 mA & 100 mA (green) & 25 mA, 35 mA & 90 mA (red). They are available in a black anodized aluminium housing that measures 11 mm x 39.4 mm (without line optics) and 11 mm x 44 mm (with line/cross optics). These lasers are ideal for garment manufacturing, screen printing, tire manufacturing, saw cutting, fabric cutting, patient positioning, rotary press alignment, glass cutting and drill positioning, and graphics alignment applications.
