The TLS-1200-B-Full-Band from GouMax Technology is a Tunable Laser Series that operates at a wavelength from 1250 to 1680 nm. They deliver an output power of over 4 dBm with ± 0.05 dB power stability. These continuous wave lasers have power repeatability of ± 0.01dB and operate in manual tuning, continuous sweep & stepped sweep modes. They have a line width (FWHM) of 0.1 - 0.3 nm and a signal-to-source ASE ratio of over 70 dB. These lasers have a step tuning time of 50 ms and a maximum sweep speed of 400 nm/s. They can be controlled via an RS232 or UART interface.

The TLS-1200-B-Full-Band have an innovative design that employs state-of-the-art tunable technology and gains continuation in a wide wavelength range. These lasers have no moving parts and their voltage-controlled wavelength tuning enables rapid wavelength switching over the whole operating wavelength window. They are available in a benchtop module and are ideal for monitoring process, optical coating, EDFA testing, photo-detector responsivity measurements, and Lan-WDM/CWDM testing applications.
