The C-WAVE from HÜBNER Photonics is a Tunable Laser Light Source that operates from 450 to 650 nm. It delivers an output power of more than 80 mW with a 1.5 W pump laser and more than 200 mW with 5 W pump laser. This fully computer-controlled light source is based on optical parametric oscillation (OPO) and allows tuning from blue to red and into the near-infrared without any change of dyes or optical components. The C-WAVE is a solid-state system that has no consumable components such as dyes. The wavelength can be simply set at the computer and it tunes itself automatically. It is ideal for atomic physics, quantum optics, nanophotonics and holography applications.
