The HLX-I series from Horus Laser are sub-ns microchip lasers based on a solid-state, diode-pumped and passively Q-switched laser. These lasers generate single pulse at 1064 nm with duration as short as 450 ps, repetition rate up to 70 kHz, average power up to 500 mW and energy up to 50 µJ. The lasers are ideal for 3D scanning, 3D imaging, LIDAR, biophotonics and laser seeding for fiber amlification applications.
