The DirectProcess 900 Flexshape from II-VI Incorporated is a Direct Diode Laser with integrated beam shaping that operates from 900 to 990 nm and delivers 200 to 600 W of power. This laser is based on II-VI proprietary single emitter technology where a top hat beam parameter product (BPP) of 6 mm mrad can be maintained by intrinsic beam shaping. Both axis of this laser can be individually adjusted between 0.2 mm to more than 50 mm in various working distances. It is suitable for material processing applications like microelectronic production, soldering, frit welding, and heating.
