The i150 from Iradion Laser is a Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Laser that operates at wavelengths of 10.2 µm or 10.6 µm. It delivers an optical output power of 150 W and has a beam divergence of less than 7 mrad. This gas laser produces a beam of diameter 2.5 ± 0.5 mm with a power stability of ± 5% and has a beam ellipticity of up to 1.2:1. It has a beam quality factor (M2) of less than 1.2 and rise time of up to 75 µs.
The i150 is built using Iradion's patented ceramic core technology and has internal RF-drive electronics with a water cooled configuration. It requires a DC supply voltage of 60 V and consumes 30 A of current. This laser is available in a compact hermetically sealed package that measures 535.4 mm (L) x 198.1 mm (W) x 157 mm (H) and is ideal for cutting/perforating, marking/coding, engraving/etching, ablation, 3D polymer sintering, and textile processing applications.
