The MIR-QCL-W7400-1-DFB-010 from LD-PD Inc is a Distributed Feedback - Quantum Cascade Laser (DFB-QCL) Module that operates at a wavelength of 7.4 μm. It delivers an optical output power of 10 mW with a power stability of ± 1%. This tunable continuous wave laser has a spectrum width (FWHM) of up to 3 MHz and side mode suppression ratio (SMSR) of 20 dB.
