The SolsTiS from M Squared are Tunable Ti:Sapphire Lasers that operate at a wavelength of 670 nm - 1050 nm. They deliver a continuous wave output power of up to 5 W and have a line width of less than 50 KHz. These lasers have a horizontal beam polarization with TEM00 spatial mode. They have a beam quality factor (M2) up to 1.1 and produce a beam of radius less than 0.4 mm. These lasers have a far-field half-angle beam divergence below 1.5 mrad, scan range above 25 GHz (at 780 nm), and an amplitude noise of less than 0.075% RMS.

The SolsTiS are fully automated with wavelength tuning and locking via a web interface or published set of TCP/IP controls. They require an AC supply voltage of 90 V - 264 V and consume a maximum current of 2.5 A. These lasers are available in a compact module with an integrated laser head that measures 243.2 mm (L) x 142 mm (H) x 88 mm (H) and are ideal for atom/ion trapping & cooling, high-resolution spectroscopy, squeezed light, and quantum optics, 2D materials, color centers, quantum dots, and microresonator applications.
