The Tunable Cateye Lasers (CEL) from MOGLABS is an External Cavity Diode Laser that operate at wavelengths of 450 nm - 530 nm and 630 nm - 1620 nm. It delivers an output power of up to 250 mW and has a linewidth below 100 kHz. This linearly or vertically polarised laser has a polarization extinction ratio of 100:1 and phase delay of less than 20 ns. It produces a beam of diameter 0.6 x 0.3mm and has a modulation bandwidth of 20 MHz.
The Tunable Cateye Lasers (CEL) has a coarse tuning range of 776 nm - 802 nm or 850 nm - 895 nm (single diode) and RF bias of over 2.5 GHz. It has a scan range of 20 GHz (with MOGLabs controller) and mode-hop free scan range of 20 GHz (with current feed-forward). This laser has a Cateye reflector and ultranarrow filter that can replace the alignment-sensitive diffraction gratings of conventional Littman-Metcalf and Littrow designs. It features a fast piezo feedback, self-alignment and has precision wavelength adjustment.
The Tunable Cateye Lasers (CEL) has NTC, AD590, 592 (optional) sensors and MOGLabs DLC Diode Laser Controller. It requires a TEC supply voltage of ±14.5 V and consumes a power of 23 W. This laser is available in a compact package that measures 108 mm x 70 mm x 86.7 mm and is ideal for laser cooling & trapping, Bose-Einstein condensation, trapped ion quantum computing, quantum optics, electromagnetic transparency & slow light, time & frequency standards & laser spectroscopy applications.
