The LuxX Diode Laser Series from Omicron-Laserage are CW Single Mode Laser Diode Modules that operate from 375 nm to 1550 nm. They deliver 20-500 mW of output power and have long-term power stability of better than 0.5%/8h. These vertically polarised laser diodes produce a beam with a diameter of 1-1.5 mm and have a beam quality factor M² of 1.15. They operate in three modes - Automatic Constant Current (ACC), Automatic Power Control (APC), and analog modulation. These laser diodes require a DC supply of 5 V and can be controlled via RS-232 and USB 2.0 interfaces. They have in-built Automatic Aging Compensation (AAC) and electronic shutter functions. These laser diodes are available in a module that measures 100 x 40 x 40 mm and are ideal for flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, optogenetics, microlithography, test and measurement, and machine vision applications.
