The VA-II-800-473 from Optotronics is a Continuous Wave DPSS Blue Laser that operates at a wavelength of 473 nm. It delivers an output power above 100 mW - 200 mW and has a spectral linewidth of less than 0.1 nm. This linearly polarized laser has a far-field beam divergence of 1.2 mrad - 0.2 mrad and produces a multi-longitude beam of diameter 1.2 mm - 0.2 mm. It has a beam quality factor (M2) below 1.2 and beam roundness above 90%. This laser has a TEM00 mode and an extinction ratio greater than 8:1. It has a power stability of less than 5% and an aperture position of 20 mm. 

The VA-II-800-47 has a VD-III integrated driver model and thermoelectric cooler. It complies with CDRH and has a 5V analog external modulation with a frequency of 10 KHz analog. This class IIIb laser requires an AC supply voltage of 220 V - 240 V and consumes 10 A of current. It is available in a module that measures 180 (L) mm x 62 (W) mm x 62 (H) mm and is ideal for optogenetics, Raman spectroscopy, interferometry, holography, fluorescence excitation, semiconductor surface inspection, microscopy & diagnostic imaging, and DNA sequencing & analysis applications.
