The Compiler HPRR from Passat is picosecond DPSS laser that operates in the 532nm and 1064 nm wavelength range (355nm and 266nm optional). It provides a pulse energy of 65 µJ /pulse at 1064nm, 15 µJ /pulse at 355 nm, 10 µJ / pulse at 266 nm. The laser has a pulse repetition rate of 14 KHz and a pulse width of 8 ps. This DPSS Laser can be used in many applications like wafer cutting, micro- and nano machining, semiconductors scribing, remote sensing.
