The S1535 - LP56 from Picophotonics is a Microchip Laser that operates at a wavelength of 1535 nm. It delivers a pulse output power of 8 kW (at 1 kHz), 4 kW (at 5 kHz), & 3 kW (at 10 kHz) and produces a pulse energy of 5 µJ - 12 µJ. This laser has a pulse repetition rate of 1 kHz - 10 kHz and a pulse duration of 1 ns - 10 ns. It includes an internal photodiode with no active cooling required. This microchip laser is available in a compact module that measures 30 x 30 x 5 mm and is ideal for range finding and LiDAR applications.
