The S1535 - LP56 from Picophotonics is a Microchip Laser that operates at a wavelength of 1535 nm. It delivers a peak output power of 8 kW (at 1 kHz), 4 kW (at 5 kHz), & 3 kW (at 10 kHz) and has a wavelength accuracy of ± 0.5 nm. This laser has a pulse energy of 1 µJ - 12 µJ, pulse repetition rate of 1 kHz - 50 kHz, and pulse duration of 1 ns - 10 ns. It has a spectral width of up to 0.15 nm and beam quality factor (M2) below 1.5. This laser includes an internal photodiode and is available in an ultra-compact module that measures 30 mm x 30 mm x 5 mm. It is ideal for range finding and LiDAR applications.
