The IQ1A/IQ2A from Power Technology Inc. are Laser Modules that operates at a wavelength of 375 nm - 1600 nm. They deliver an output power of 0.1 mW - 1000 mW and have a power stability of 0.1. These linearly polarized lasers have a polarization ratio above 100:1 and rms noise below 0.1% (at 10Hz - 5MHz). They have a maximum analog modulation of 30 MHz and rise or fall time of 12 ns. These lasers have a circularized or elliptical beam divergence greater than 1 mrad (at 1/e2) and propagation delay of 26 ns.

The IQ1A/IQ2A lasers have an integrated PID temperature control loop and precision current source. They require a DC supply voltage of 5 V and consume a maximum current of 3000 mA & power of 0.01 mW - 1200 mW. These lasers are available in 3.8mm, 5.6mm, 9mm & C MOUNT compatible packages that measure 38.1 mm x 153.7 mm (IQ1A) and 38.1 mm x 191.0 mm (IQ2A). They are ideal for interferometry, bioanalysis, high-resolution printing, fluorescence, Raman spectroscopy, and confocal microscopy applications.
