The Matisse 2 TR from Sirah Lasertechnik is a Passively Stabilized Titanium:Sapphire Ring Laser that operates at a wavelength from 662 to 1050 nm. It delivers an output power of up to 8.4 W and has a scan range of over 50 GHz with a linewidth of less than 1 MHz rms. This laser produces horizontally polarized beams of radius 0.6 - 0.7 mm with a beam divergence of less than 1.2 mrad. It has an amplitude noise of less than 0.1% rms and can be controlled via a USB interface.

The Matisse 2 TR has an additional intracavity EOM and special optics for an enlarged tuning range (662 nm - 1050 nm). It supports hands-free operation with ELSA (Electronic Laser Self Alignment) and can perform extended scans over nanometers using a wavemeter and optional integrated fiber launch. This laser has extension modules available from 210 nm to 4200 nm and is available in a module that measures 850 x 354 x 252 mm.
