The STA-01-YLF-1 from STANDA is a Passive Q-Switched Laser that operates at a wavelength of 1047 nm. It delivers a maximum average output power of 60 mW and has a pulse energy of 600 µJ. This diode-pumped Nd:YLF microlaser has a pulse width of 500 ps, pulse-to-pulse energy stability (RMS) of 0.5 %, and repetition rate below 100 Hz. It has a TEM00 mode with a spectral line width (FWHM) of up to 3.5 pm and polarization extinction ratio above 100:1. This laser produces a beam of diameter 55 µm - 450 µm and has a beam quality factor (M2) of 1.25.
The STA-01-YLF-1 can be controlled via an external TTL trigger or USB interface and has an SLM pulse spectral structure. It requires an AC supply voltage of 100 V - 240 V and is available in a rugged & compact design that measures Ø 25 mm x 74 mm (laser head) & 223 (W) mm x 94 (H) mm x 197 (L) mm (controller). This laser is ideal for material processing, semiconductor inspection, laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), laser-induced plasma spectroscopy (LIPS), marking, nonlinear optics, biophotonics, micromachining, and photoacoustic spectroscopy applications.
