The SNG-150P-100 from Teem Photonics is a Green Microchip Laser that operates at a wavelength of 532 nm. It delivers an output power above 150 mW and has a power stability below ± 2% (short term, 1 min) & ± 3% (long term, 6 hrs). This laser has TEM00 Gaussian mode with a pulse energy of greater than 5 µJ and pulse width of up to 0.75 ns (at FWHM). It has a full angle beam divergence of 6 ± 1 mrad (horizontal & vertical), beam quality factor (M2) of less than 1.3, and beam ellipticity of up to 1.2. This linearly polarized laser has an extinction ratio above 20 dB and repetition rate of over 29 kHz.

The SNG-150P-100 has a TTL-compatible output signal for synchronization or monitoring and is ROHs compliant. It requires an AC supply voltage of 100 V - 240 V, DC supply voltage of 12 V and consumes less than 40 W of power. This class 3B laser is available in a standard module that measures 145 mm x 42 mm x 35 mm and is ideal for material processing, instrumentation (ranging, differential absorption LiDAR, super-continuum generation, distributed Raman spectroscopy) and biophotonics (nanosurgery & protein cross-linking) applications.
