The STP-100F-1x0 from Teem Photonics is a Triggered Microchip Laser that operates at 1064 nm. It produces 1064 nm pulses which are directly generated from the diode-pumped passively Q-switched Nd:YAG microchip engine. This laser delivers more than 1 kW of peak power (75 mW average power) at a repetition rate of 100 kHz with over 0.75 µJ of output energy, and a pulse duration of 350 ps. It has a constant pulse width range (FWHM) of 0.75 ns.

The STP-100F-1x0 is available in a compact 144 x 42 x 36 mm sealed SNxII package. It is suitable for Instrumentation (ranging, differential absorption LIDAR, super-continuum generation, distributed temperature sensing, and Raman spectroscopy) and Biophotonics (micro-dissection of cells, brain nanosurgery, and protein cross-linking) applications.
