The NPL79B from Thorlabs Inc. is a Nanosecond Pulsed Laser that operates at a wavelength of 785 nm. It provides peak output power of 88 mW and pulse energy of 3.5 nJ with a pulse width (FWHM) of 6-39 ns and a maximum trigger frequency of 10 MHz. This laser produces a beam of width 3.3-3.8 mm and has beam divergence of 0.15-0.3 mrad with a pointing accuracy better than 3°.

The NPL79B has a DS15 power supply unit that requires an AC supply of 100-240 V and a laser head that requires a DC supply of 14-16 V & consumes up to 800 mA of current. It is available as a benchtop module that measures 139.6 x 61.5 x 54.7 mm with ECM225 clamps.
