The TRUDISK 4006 from TRUMPF is a Solid-State Laser that operates at a wavelength of 1030 nm. It delivers an output power of 4000 W and has a continuously adjustable power range of 80 W - 4000 W with active power regulation. This laser has a beam quality factor of 25 mm.mrad and numerical aperture of 0.1. It has a power constancy of ± 1 % and four laser light cables & six laser light cables (for extended device size) with a minimum diameter of 600 µm.

The TRUDISK 4006 has IP54 protection and uses TruControl software for simple operations. It features a flexible cooling concept, BrightLine weld option, and an integrated compressor cooler. This laser is available in a module that measures 1430 (H) mm x 1175 (W) mm x 725 (D) mm and is ideal for deep welding, cutting of different materials & sheet thicknesses, scanner welding of an automobile door, hybrid welding of huge ship decks, and laser metal deposition applications.
