The Model 261 from UVC Photonics is a Deep UV Laser Diode that has an output wavelength of 261.4 nm. It provides an output power of over 10 mW and has a linewidth of less than 100 picometers. This horizontally/vertically polarised laser diode requires a DC supply of 4.5 V and consumes less than 1.1 A of current. It has an integrated thermistor for temperature monitoring and is ideal for disinfection, inspection, fluorescence, and UV Raman applications.
