The Model 261 from UVC Photonics is a Deep UV Diode Laser Module that operates at a wavelength of 261.4 nm. It delivers an output power above 10 mW and has a linewidth of up to 100 pm. This continuous wave laser produces a beam of dimensions 0.2 mm (V) x 0.6 mm (H) and has a beam divergence of 2.5 mrad (V) x 6.5 mrad (H). It has a beam quality factor (M2) of 1.1 (V) x 6.5 (H) and normalized astigmatism of 1.5. This laser requires a DC supply voltage of less than 4.5 V, consumes below 1.1 A of current, and dissipates up to 5W of power. It has an integrated 10 k thermistor and is available in a compact module that measures 22 mm (W) x 24 mm (H) x 71 mm (D). This laser is ideal for disinfection, inspection, fluorescence, and UV Raman applications.
