The D2-100 DBR Laser from Vescent Photonics is a Distributed Bragg Reflector (DBR) Laser that operate at wavelengths of 760 nm, 767 nm, 770 nm, 780 nm, 785 nm, 795 nm, 828 nm, 852 nm, and 895 nm. It delivers output powers of 25 mW (less than 770 nm), 40 mW (greater than 780 nm), 100 mW (below 828 nm), 170 mW (852 nm), and 160 mW (895 nm). This horizontally polarized laser module has a divergence of up to 1.3 mrad (full angle) and linewidth of 0.8 MHz (less than 40 mW) & 0.5 MHz (above 40 mW). It has an anamorphic prism pair beam shaping and a center wavelength set point on transition for K, Rb, & Cs wavelengths. This laser has an integrated optical isolation of above 30 dB (up to 40 mW) and 60 dB (over 40 mW).
The D2-100 DBR has an injection current of 50 GHz (below 40 mW) and 30 GHz (above 40 mW). This laser is fabricated with the feedback grating patterned directly adjacent to the gain section of the diode and is immune to vibrations by virtue of a very short cavity of length 1 mm. It is available in a module with a laser head that measures 9.5 cm × 10.1 cm × 4.3 cm (up to 40 mW) or 14.4 cm x 10.1 cm x 43.2 cm (above 40 mW). This laser is ideal for cold-atom physics, atomic clocks, inertial navigation, gravity measurements, quantum computing & cryptography, electromagnetically induced transparency, and cavity transfer of frequency standard applications.
