The LQB-1S-650 from World Star Tech is a Continuous Wave Laser Module that operates at a wavelength of 650 nm. It delivers an optical output power of less than 1 mW with laser power stability of up to 1% and has a wavelength drift of 0.2 nm/deg C. This single-mode laser has a beam divergence below 2 mrad and an elliptical spot size of 3 mm. It has ESD & reverse polarity protection and features auto power control. This class 2 laser requires a DC supply voltage of 3 V - 5 V and consumes less than 40 mA of current. It has a 380 mm cable and is available in a standard package that measures 9 mm (D) X 19 mm (L).
